BAIA DI IERANTO:

Jeranto Bay is a rocky cove between Punta Campanella and Punta Penna, is the pearl of the Marine Protected and can be reached only on foot. Of pristine beauty, is among the most beautiful places of Sorrento. The path leading from the square starts the enchanting bay of Nerano, after a few meters you rolling on the road in the direction of Marina del Cantone.

PUNTA CAMPANELLA:

Punta Campanella is the extreme tip of the Sorrento Peninsula, stood perhaps here the greek temple dedicated to the sirens, the foundation of which is attributed to the mythical Ulisse.Una pleasant hike is the only way to reach Punta Campanella, through a path of about an hour on the northern slope of Promontorium Minervae, which separates the Gulf of Naples from the Gulf of Salerno. The stretch is part of the Trail of Athena, ring circuit connecting Punta Campanella to Mount San Costanzo.

 MONTE SAN COSTANZO: 

Mount San Costanzo is a strategic point to admire the territory of Sorrento as a whole, the Gulf of Naples and Salerno.

Mount San Costanzo is the highest hill of Sorrento and you can easily reach from Termini on foot, by car or motorbike. The hike also falls into the Path of Athena, ring circuit connecting Punta Campanella to Mount San Costanzo.

 

CALA DI MITIGLIANO:

La Cala Mitigliano is wide and pleasant bay by clear water; the fantastic view on the island of Capri and Punta Campanella makes this an enchanting beauty of the bay. The bay is bordered by high cliffs, vertically, even the beach is characterized by the presence of rocks and stones of various sizes; on the right side, a building shaped like a circular tower, used in the past for the production of lime, recalls the time when the quarry was attiva.

 

SENTIERO DI ATHENA:

The trail passes through an area of Athena particularly interesting for its historical importance, for the wild look that nature preserves and the wonderful views it offers, from Punta Campanella to Mount San Costanzo. The route begins in the square of Termini to Punta Campanella through the north side of Promontorium Minervae, which separates the Gulf of Naples from the Gulf of Salerno.

 

LA SPIAGGIA DI RECOMMONE:

The beach Recommone is in a cove between the Marina del Cantone and the fjord Crapolla. The beach, about 65 meters long, is clear and small pebbles; on the right there is a restaurant with a small cement dock. Recommone be reached both by sea and by land, through a short but scenic trail that starts from the beach in the canton and runs around the headland of St. Anthony. Just before the tip, you can see the Tower of Recommone (1567)

 

SENTIERO DELLE SIRENUSE:

The Trail of Sirenuse is a scenic loop trail that takes you through the southern side of the Sorrentine Peninsula enjoying beautiful views: from the Amalfi Coast to the Faraglioni of Capri. Passable all year, the trail is not difficult and is easily recognizable by the blue symbol of the three islands that identifies it. Winds along terraces, valleys and cliffs and is largely on gravel: we will cross orchards and olive groves, maquis, garrigue, oak, chestnut, pine forest; it presents a wide variety of shrubs and flowers and a wide bloom in spring.

 

FIORDO DI CRAPOLLA:

Fjord Crapolla is among the most beautiful bays of the coast of Sorrento: in addition to being of great interest, retains traces of a past rich in history. You can walk from the village of Torca: from St. Thomas the Apostle take via Nula and then off Casalvecchio, from where the trail begins to the fjord, marked with the color blue.
